Ellis Wines invites all the Members to join tutored wine tasting with Giovanni Brunet of Le Monde Estate
in Friuli hosted in the King Harald V Room.

Le Monde winery founded in Friuli, an ancient land touched by the Adriatic Sea in the south and protected by the Alps in the north, between the hills, the plains and the sky. The story of the vineyard began with a dream of Alex McCann, that with time and in partnership with his lifelong friends Marta, Giovanni and Massimo transformed into reality.

Today Le Monde can be considered a new generation winery for its innovative way of interpreting wine, where tradition finds the right combination with modernity and design elegance.

The evening will give you an occasion not only to speak to Giovanni about his passion for wine and winemaking, but also taste the celebrated Pinot Bianco that has been for the tenth time awarded the prestigious Tre Bicchieri by Gambero Rosso. This achievement only reinforces Le Monde’s commitment to creating wines that tell the story and identity of Friuli, while always keeping an eye on the future.

During the evening you will taste six different wines starting with a glass of bubbly followed by the award-winning Pinot Bianco, and finish it off with celebrated reds.
